Artistic Career and Focus
Georg Popp studied Art Education at the Art Academy in Munich and under Prof. Dr. Zacharias at the University of Augsburg. He then held various teaching positions at these institutions.
Since 1992 his main focus has been the Sultanate of Oman, with artworks, publications, exhibitions and projects, either commissioned by various ministries of the Sultanate, or initiated by Georg Popp in collaboration with Omani partners.
